Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept bank transfers?

Unfortunately we do not accept bank transfers at this time, but we do accept the required form of payments online which are Credit/Debit card and Paypal.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Typically it will take minimum 5 days and maximum 10 days to get your purchased items if shipped locally. For international orders, please expect 7 to 15 days of purchase.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can contact us within 15 days from the date of your shipment and we will try to resolve any issues you might have. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable. 

How do I change my shipping address?

Shipping address can be changed at checkout before making payments.

How do I track the status of my order?

Customers can track their order by clicking the link that will be provided with the email that is sent to you. If you are an Account holder, a tracking ID will be provided for you after payment.

How do I receive customer support?

You can contact customer support by clicking on the Contact Us link which is provided at the bottom of your checkout page or find it on any page on the website.

Will the items come in one package?

It is vital to Deecomtech Store that your item is packed well in preparation for shipments going by any courier service. Since your item is precious to us, we make sure that packaging is at the utmost concern to us.

How do I change my shipping address?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your account. When checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you will have the option to change it if you need to.

How Do I cancel my order before making payment?

After logging in to your account, go to view cart, here you will be able to cancel your order. NOTE: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.

What happens in the event of wrong item being shipped?

We take such errors very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any item or product that falls under this category should not be thrown away before taking a photo and emailing the photo to us at admin@deecomtech.com.

We regret to inform you that no refund will be given but an exchange will be made to replace the item with the correct order.

What are the payment method available?

At the moment we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.

Can I pay using Paypal without a Paypal account?

Paypal account is needed in other to make payments through Paypal. Without a Paypal account all you will need is a Credit/Debit card that is supported by Paypal. It is for your own protection and ours too that you use a well documented payment organization for your security.
